The Brecksville-Broadview Heights Organization of Support Staff exists to acquire, grow, and steward resources that empower non-instructional support staff and strengthen the educational communities of Brecksville and Broadview Heights, Ohio.
We believe that the people who keep schools running — custodians, bus drivers, food service workers, paraprofessionals, office staff, and maintenance teams — deserve recognition, support, and opportunity. Our work combines financial assistance, professional development, wellness programs, and community volunteerism to improve the lives of support staff and the students they serve every day.

Based in Brecksville, Ohio, our organization serves the dedicated men and women who work behind the scenes to keep Brecksville-Broadview Heights schools safe, clean, nourished, and ready to learn.
Recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, contributions to our organization are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
